Data Insights Summit

I just registered for the Microsoft Data Insights Summit in June.

I’m most interested in the following five topics:

• Azure Analysis Services
  • Migration of PBIX models to SSAS 2017
• DirectQuery Models
  • Working around and within DQ limitations. Use cases for HTAP workloads.
• Integration of Advanced Analytics
• M Language
  • Interested in roadmap and perspectives. Hopeful for M dev improvements.
• On-Premises Gateway
  • Hybrid scenarios (Online and On-Premise), High Availability?

I might be doing a short Boston PUG event on using DAX with calculus. Looking forward to meeting people and learning.
